1.1. elettromercato.ch is an offer of Elettricità Bronz SA, Via Mappo 11, CH 6598 Tenero.
The General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) govern in full the contractual provisions and services between Elettricità Bronz AG (hereinafter referred to as electromercato.ch) and its customers.
1.2. All correspondence shall be sent to Customer Service elettromercato.ch, Via Mappo 11, CH 6598 Tenero, or to the e-mail address info@elettromercato.ch.
2.1. The offer of electromercato.ch is aimed at customers of legal age, with the capacity to act and domiciled in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. The offers of electromercato.ch are non-binding and non-binding.
2.2. The customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order without binding effect. In particular, electromercato.ch reserves the right not to accept an order. An order is valid only from the confirmation of the shipment or the availability to collect the item.
3.1. Orders are accepted via the website www.elettromercato.ch and in the relevant store. If an item is not available after confirmation of receipt of the order, the corresponding order will be cancelled. The customer cannot claim any further rights.
3.2. The delivery time stated in the offer or in the confirmation of receipt of the order is only indicative and is not binding. If elettromercato.ch cannot meet a delivery deadline, the Customer may withdraw from the order 30 days after confirmation of receipt of the order by notifying Customer Service in writing.
3.3. elettromercato.ch is authorized to make partial deliveries. If it is not possible to deliver a part of the ordered goods, there is no right to cancel the entire order. The customer may not claim any further rights.
3.4. Delivery shall be made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein at the expense and risk of the customer. The ordered goods will only be delivered free of charge to the customer's sidewalk / P.O. box.
3.5. If a deadline for collection is indicated, the customer must collect the ordered goods within four weeks after notification in our store in Tenero in via Mappo 11 . The collection is possible during the normal opening hours of the indicated store. If the goods are not collected within the specified time limit, electromercato.ch has the right to cancel the contract and charge the customer a fee.
3.6. The Customer undertakes to check immediately that the goods received or collected are correct, complete and intact. Any damage to the goods received or collected must be reported to electromercato.ch and the transport company as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 calendar days of delivery. In case of complaint, the customer must keep all parts of the original packaging. The Customer may only remove these parts with the written consent of the transport company or electromercato.ch.
4.1. elettromercato.ch is authorized to change the price at any time. The price published at the time of ordering applies. Price changes made after confirmation are not taken into account.
4.2. All prices of electromercato.ch are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and advance recycling fee (ARF) in Swiss francs. Ancillary costs (shipping, packaging, surcharges for certain means of payment, quantity surcharge, transport guarantee, service, installation, etc.) are not included in the price and are shown and charged separately. Technical changes, mistakes and printing errors remain reserved.
5.1. We accept the means of payment indicated on the website www.elettromercato.ch.
electromercato.ch may exclude certain means of payment in general or for individual customers without specifying the reason. electromercato.ch is entitled to charge surcharges for the use of individual means of payment. electromercato.ch reserves the right to check the Customer's creditworthiness and to this end may pass on Customer data to third parties.
5.2. If the Customer is in arrears with payment in whole or in part, electromercato.ch may also cancel and/or interrupt all other orders without reminder until the entire amount due has been paid. Any other claims are expressly reserved. electromercato.ch is also entitled to assign the outstanding debts to external debt collection companies.
5.3. The purchase with debit or credit cards is debited at the moment of the order. The data of payment by debit or credit card are transmitted in encrypted form.
In the case of purchase with advance payment, the order will be advised in writing.
